**Refund Policy**

At **Noor Elixir** we are committed to offering high quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy under certain conditions.

###  Refund conditions**
1. **Retraction period**: You have **14 days** after receipt of your order to request a refund.
2. **Condition of the product** : Items must be **unused, unopened and in their original packaging**.
3. **Proof of Purchase**: Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

###  Refund process**
- Contact us at noorelixirbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- After validation, we will provide you with return instructions.
- Once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund via the original method of payment within **7 to 10 working days**.

**Exceptions**
- **Customised or promotional** products are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product or error on our part.
